How do I reset my old Videocon D2H set top box?
Step 1 – Switch off your set top box from the main switch & then switch it on again.Step 2 – After switching STB ON, keep the stb running ON channel number 100 & wait for 10 minutes, services will be resumed .

default set top box password is 1234, both need in the case of first time installation of videcon d2h service.
To change your Videocon D2H package you can call the customer care number +9115691156, send an email to customercare@d2h.com or you can change Videocon D2H plan with the Videocon Infinity App.
- Please switch to some other channel to see if you can see the Video/Audio.
- Switch OFF your d2h product from the mains & after 15 seconds restart it.
- Please check that the signal cable from the antenna to your d2h product is connected Properly.
