Does Chuck and Sarah have happy ending?
Chuck was a full-fledged spy who no longer had the Intersect in his brain. He and formerly way-out-of-his-league super spy Sarah were now married and even considering starting a family.
She says, "You saved me," and kisses him. They are interrupted by a call from Beckman ordering them back to Burbank, but they shut off the computer. As Chuck starts to speak, Sarah interrupts him with, "Shut up and kiss me." He climbs into bed with Sarah, and the pair finally consummate their relationship.
Sarah looks back at him and even though Chuck isn't sure about Morgan's theory she interrupts him from saying anything else and asks Chuck to kiss her which he does. As they continue kissing, the scene fades back into black, which marks the end of the series.
At the close of the second season, declining ratings and stiff competition from the other networks had indicated that "Chuck" would be canceled.
Chuck walks away, but before Sarah can leave, Casey asks Sarah if she's pregnant because this is going to be a dangerous mission. She assures him that she's not, and she knows how dangerous it is. Casey walks up to the compound holding the suitcase of money over his head.
